Primary, secondary, and rental property operations.
The Real Estate module models the property business end to end:
- Primary — developers, projects, buildings, units, amenities, and the inventory used to sell new developments.
- Secondary — resale listings, owners, and ownership transfers.
- Rental — rental units, bookings, and channels.
It connects to the CRM so a property sale flows through a deal, and to the Marketing module so ad spend can be attributed back to closed deals (ROAS).
