Data Deletion Instructions

1If you are a customer of a brokerage that uses WzState

The brokerage you interacted with is the controller of your record. The fastest route is asking them directly — every workspace has built-in tools to delete a contact and everything attached to it (conversations, messages, activity history).

If you cannot reach the brokerage or prefer to come to us, email info@wzgate.com from the address or phone number the record concerns, naming the brokerage. We will route the request to them and confirm the outcome to you.

2Data that arrived through Meta products

If your data reached a workspace through WhatsApp Business messages or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, the same rules apply: the receiving brokerage controls the record, and either route above deletes it — the WhatsApp conversation history, the lead form submission, and anything derived from them.

3If you are a workspace member

Ask your organization's administrator to remove your account, or email info@wzgate.com from your work address. Deleting an account removes profile data; records of business actions you performed (deals closed, messages sent on behalf of the organization) belong to the organization and are retained under its policy.

4What happens after a request

We acknowledge within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by your law. Backups purge on their own rotation within a further 35 days. Where law obliges retention (for example financial records), we delete everything else and tell you what was kept and why.
